Refund Policy and Warranty Policy
Our refund policy lasts 14 days from the point of contract commencement or receipt of goods, whichever is the longer. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To request a return/refund please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org in advance so we are expecting your goods and can keep you informed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of approval being granted.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If Kitkase have informed you the refund has been approved and processed and you still don’t believe you have received a refund yet in the first instance please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Kitkase products (the Product) are rigorously tested to ensure that the travel products you trust meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with your product (the and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Kitkase will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product. The duration of the warranty is 12 months unless stated differently on our website or on any literature supplied with the product.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example).
Other than at Kitkase's discretion you are responsible for all costs of getting the Product back to Kitkase including, but not limited to, the cost of packaging, shipping and applicable taxes.
